Golden Breaks
    & Great Escapes

Our brochure is filled with golden opportunities to explore the British Isles and Europe in comfort and style. From the Sunrise Coast of Suffolk in the East to the red cliffs of Sidmouth in the West, from the crown of a Royal Scottish Tour of Discovery in the North to the rich sands of Bournemouth's beaches in the South, all points of the compass are covered and gilded in glowing memories.

There are isles of the crested seas to explore, including the Hebrides, Orkneys, the Emerald Isles and the Isle of Wight, or mountains in Italy and Lombardy Lakes to reflect on time well spent through travel. No matter where you choose to go, a sweet sheen of satisfaction is waiting to meet you on every journey with SwanTours.

Tony Hunt Welcome to SwanTours...

Just because the Olympic Games are finally over, it doesn't mean there isn't plenty to celebrate up and down the country, like the people, the places, and the history that makes Britain great.

Whilst compiling this year's holidays I've been struck by attention to detail behind every success, be that in our national buildings and monuments or when it comes to more personal achievements. Every aspect plays its part along every step of the way, or at least that's how I feel when it comes to planning SwanTours. From the food that we eat in the places where we stay to the comfort of our coaches and attentiveness of our drivers, we're committed to service and care that covers every mile that we travel.

You don't have to be an Olympian to have a golden experience, and that is what we intend to deliver to all who travel with us.

Best wishes,
Tony Hunt

Irresistible Italian Lakes & Landscapes
10 days | 9 nights | Tour No. 13
Sitting on the shores of Lake Como, the circle of life seems complete. Lofty mountain peaks scale towards the sky and glittering waters harmonise as celestial visions are reflected back on earth. There is little else to do than fall in love with all life's offerings which perhaps accounts for Italy's romantic spirit. Noble minds and celebrity hearts have succumbed to Como's charms, with palatial homes scattered in the surrounding countryside. The Greek poet, Virgil, described it as our greatest lake, whilst Stendhal recalled this 'enchanting spot, unequalled on earth in its loveliness.' Home to European royalty, we join the world's elite, travelling further afield to Lake Lugano at the foothills of the Swiss Alps as part of a tour that's sure to bring you more.
